I had previously bought appliances from another shop and a fridge stopped working after 6 months, said shop would not do anything and this was in the height of covid and one of the occupants in the property was diabetic and needed a fridge. The shop refused to do anything to help, appliances were difficult to source. Even though I was not doing business with Kieran at the time he lent us a fridge when i phoned him to see if he could sell us one. He left us keep it until whirlpool reimbursed us 6 months later as the previous shop had refused to refund us even though Whirlpool hd asked them to. Nothing is too much trouble. "
